Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and many countries in Central and South America, as well as the Middle East.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $59.99 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $59.99 have a flat shipping fee of $9.99.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by region but generally take 7–15 business days, not including 1–3 business days for order processing.

What carriers do you use?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order through our website’s Order Tracking page.

When will I receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will ship it within 72 business hours. Then, it will take 7 - 15 days to arrive. Depending on the shipping carrier, it will take less or more time, but your package has to arrive within this time frame.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it at no charge. After this period, if the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Do you ship to all countries?

We do not ship to the following regions due to international trade restrictions:North Korea,Iran,Syria,Crimea Region,Sudan

What is your return policy?

You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

Customized items and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.


Return shipping costs and any import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–15 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
