Returns & Exchanges – Stslio

We want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Stslio. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their product(s). Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Sale and promotional items are excluded and are subject to our standard return/exchange terms.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before the product has been processed for shipment. If canceled in time, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • Unfortunately, if the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.


Return & Exchange Conditions

To ensure a smooth process, please review the following conditions:

  1. All items must be returned in original selling condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached.

  2. Items must be returned in their original boxes/packaging.

  3. All items must be returned together in one package.

  4. Returns/exchanges must use the same delivery service as the original shipment.

  5. We only accept returns from the original destination country. (e.g., orders shipped to the U.S. must be returned from the U.S.)

  6. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  7. Returns/exchanges are not free. Return shipping and any import fees will be at your own expense.

  8. Faulty or damaged items can be returned.

If your return does not meet the above conditions, we may reject it and return the item to you at your own cost.


How to Return an Item or Order

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our Customer Service team at server@stslio.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photo or video showing the issue (for damaged/faulty products)

Step 2: Repack the Item

Place the item(s) along with your receipt into the original packaging.

Step 3: Complete Documentation

Fill out all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form. Insert the forms into a transparent envelope and attach it to the outside of the package (do not seal the package yet). These documents are required for customs.

Step 4: Ship It Back

Hand over your package to the courier. Once the courier inspects the return, seal the package securely and ship it.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

If your return is accepted:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If your return is declined:

  • You will be notified, and the product will be sent back to you at your own cost.
